From time-to-time we may run free-shipping promotions. These include Standard Delivery and Rural Delivery costs to New Zealand addresses only.
New Zealand delivery targets
For speed and security, we use couriers for all deliveries. We deliver nationwide in New Zealand. Deliveries are sent using a tracked non signature service. Most orders will be delivered within 2 working days. Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take 1-2 additional days.
Please note, delivery targets are a guide only and we can't guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target. However, we'll do our best to get your Huski to you as soon as possible.
New Zealand delivery methods and rates
All deliveries are by courier and we use a tracked non signature service.

In some rare instances where delivery is more challenging, e.g. Waiheke Island, there may be additional delivery charges. If this is the case with your order, we will get in touch directly to discuss, once we have received your order.
If the goods cannot be delivered because you cannot accept delivery, the incorrect address has been provided, or no one is available to accept the goods, it then becomes the buyer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from their courier depot.
If you are missing your shipment and it has been more than 7 working days since you placed your order please contact team@huski.co.nz.
Pre-orders and back-orders
If you place a pre-order or back-order, we will ship your products out to you as soon as we get them back in stock. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide specific delivery estimates due to variable production timelines. Thanks for your support and understanding.
International delivery
We’re only shipping to a couple of international locations at the moment. We use an International Air service which takes around 8-12 working days to deliver. This is an untracked service. All prices in NZD.
Approximate shipping price guide below. Actual shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on individual product weights.
Please note, some countries charge additional duties or fees for overseas purchases. Our shipping costs do not cover these additional local fees if they apply to your order.
