From time to time, we run shipping promotions that include standard and rural delivery costs to addresses in New Zealand, unless otherwise specified. Orders must be placed through our website huski.co.nz to be eligible.
Christmas delivery dates
For the best chance of your Huski arriving in time to sit under the Christmas tree, we recommend ordering online by the dates below. Please note these are delivery estimates and we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.
- NZ Standard Delivery - 9am Wednesday 20 December 2023
- NZ Rural Delivery - 9am Monday 18 December 2023
If you’ve missed the Christmas cut-off for your area, don’t worry, you still have some options.
- Huski eGift cards - simply choose an amount and a printable Huski eGift card will be emailed to you.

New Zealand delivery targets
For speed and security, we use couriers for all deliveries. We deliver nationwide in New Zealand. Deliveries are sent using a tracked non signature service. Most orders will be delivered the next working day, if the order is placed before 1pm.
Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take 1-2 additional days. Larger orders (e.g. 3 or more wine coolers) may also take longer as there is a size restriction on the overnight courier service we use. These are considered non-standard deliveries.
Delivery targets are a guide only and we can't guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the estimated delivery time. However, we'll do our best to get your Huski to you as soon as possible.
New Zealand delivery methods and rates
All deliveries are by courier and we use a tracked non signature service.

In some rare instances where delivery is more challenging, e.g. offshore islands, there may be additional delivery charges. If this is the case with your order, we will get in touch directly to discuss, once we have received your order.
If the goods cannot be delivered because you cannot accept delivery, the incorrect address has been provided, or no one is available to accept the goods, it then becomes the buyer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from their courier depot.
If you are missing your shipment and it has been more than 7 working days since you placed your order please contact team@huski.co.nz.
International delivery
We use DHL Express for international deliveries. This is a premium tracked signature courier service. Most deliveries will arrive in around 2-10 working days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on individual product weights.
Please note, we require a residential address for international deliveries. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers as deliveries must be signed for. If you would like your delivery left in a safe place, please contact DHL once we've processed your order and sent you a DHL tracking link.
Please note, some countries charge additional duties or fees for overseas purchases. Our shipping costs do not cover these additional local fees, if they apply to your order.

From time to time, we offer pre-orders on new products before they officially launch. Delivery estimates during pre-order are subject to change, but we do our best to get them to you as soon as possible.

If you purchase pre-order and in-stock items in the same order, your entire order will be placed on hold until all items are ready for shipping.
For faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
