Delivery

We deliver to over 200 countries. All deliveries are by courier and we use a tracked non signature service.

New Zealand delivery

We use couriers for all deliveries from our Auckland warehouse. Most metro orders will be delivered the next working day, if the order is placed before 1pm. Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take 1-2 additional days.

New Zealand delivery costs

  • FREE delivery for orders over $120
  • All orders under $120 have a standard delivery rate of $5.99 for urban areas and $9.99 for rural areas

International delivery 

We use DHL Express for international deliveries. This is a premium tracked signature courier service. Most deliveries will arrive in around 2-10 working days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on individual product weights.

Is the Huski Champagne Flute dishwasher safe?

All EasySlider™ Lids and TwistLock™ Stems can go in the dishwasher. We recommend handwashing Champagne colour flutes with warm soapy water. All other colours can go in the dishwasher.

Is the Huski Champagne Flute leakproof?

The flute is designed to reduce accidental spills but is not leakproof, so liquid may come out if it's turned upside down.

Can the Huski Champagne Flute be used for cold and hot drinks?

Yes - the triple insulation will keep both cold and hot drinks at the perfect temperature, longer.

What is the capacity of the Huski Champagne Flute?

Bit disappointed

I never usually buy anything from websites so I was back and forth about whether to buy. This looked so amazing love the look and the whole idea behind it. But unfortunately i feel need’s more. I filled mine up for the train kept it totally upright in my bag. Now I know you explained it’s only not leak full proof. But my bag was quite wet when got on the train. It would be amazing if you made 2 lids of which one would be leakproof whilst travelling then swapped to the drinkable one. This would for me be 100% amazing as I do love the concept of the whole thing. They are beautiful to look at also would have hoped to have bought more thank you

Hi Yvonne, thanks for your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience! Our Champagne Flutes are designed to be splash-proof, but they’re not completely leak-proof. If the flute is turned upside down, liquid may escape through the air hole. That said, the lid should have a secure seal to prevent liquid from leaking out the sides while you drink. We really appreciate your idea of offering a second lid option and have passed the suggestion on to our design team.
