We use couriers for all deliveries from our Auckland warehouse. Most metro orders will be delivered the next working day, if the order is placed before 1pm. Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take 1-2 additional days.

We use DHL Express for international deliveries. This is a premium tracked signature courier service. Most deliveries will arrive in around 2-10 working days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on individual product weights.

All EasySlider™ Lids and TwistLock™ Stems can go in the dishwasher. We recommend handwashing Champagne colour tumblers with warm soapy water. All other colours can go in the dishwasher.
The tumbler is designed to reduce accidental spills but is not leakproof, so liquid may come out if it's turned upside down.

The wine tumbler works really well, by your second glass, the tumbler has chilled down nicely and keeps your wine or gin ice cold for ages…. Very impressed !
This is a great idea and really works! The goblet looks beautiful as well I chose the champagne colour and I'm really pleased and in the hot weather we've been having this has been great the wine has stayed really cool till it's gone
